"Audrey,

I did want to give you an update on the kitties. They are really getting beautiful. Their coats are beautiful and I would guess Stealth weighs about 9-10 pounds and Sade 8-9. Stealth's eyes are very green. Sade's are somewhat lighter.

They are very active... Play with their toys constantly and are relentless to be with us. Stealth is very vocal and will cry and cry if he can't be in the room with you. One weird thing is I have never heard them hiss. I have never known a cat that doesn't hiss. My sister brought her tea cup
poodle and they just wanted to play with it.

They are very well socialized. They like everyone and have even grown to tolerate my 2-year-old grandson.

Verde (the bird) and the cats get along pretty well. Sade has finally become brave enough to swat at her occasionally, but of course Verde squawks and chases her away so it has become a game. We don't leave them alone together but don't watch them like a hawk either. On a given Saturday morning they are all out at the same time and everything is OK... Sade really wants to play with her but Verde is not into having that at all.

...........Our kitties are very popular with our friends. We have a group of friends who meet every Friday for a drink. Twice now they have asked to come to our house to watch the progression of the cats. Everyone is in awe of them.

They are so much different than most cats. They are more like dogs. If the doorbell rings, they run to the door. They get in the shower with us. They cry to get attention like a dog does. It is really different. They get toys out of their basket, although I haven't been able to teach them to put them up. So therefore it looks like I have a two year old in the house all the time.

They have been shedding some lately. I am sure they are losing their baby fur. Does that sound right?? Another question, are your cats real nocturnal??? Ours play ALL NIGHT.... We wont' let them in the bedroom (my husband's rule) but the few times we have, they set the alarm off, crawl all over us, knock water off the nightstand etc. I think they stay up all nite and sleep all day...

We really hope Stealth gets big like his father. Sade was beautiful from the beginning but Stealth gets better every day. We should have named him LoverBoy because he is a doll. If you sit he wants to be right next to you if not on you. Sade is much more independent. She is the explorer and consequently always into something she is not supposed to be.

Terry"
